Before Vacating, Every Society Should Create a Digital Evidence Room

Posted on September 7, 2026September 4, 2026 By admin

Redevelopment projects can continue for years. During that period, committee members may change, consultants may change and old communication can become difficult to retrieve. That is why the society should create a structured digital evidence record before handing over its property.

This record can include member documents, agreements, photographs, videos, approvals, asset inventories, utility information, inspection records, land handover documents and acknowledgement letters. Time-stamped and organised evidence becomes especially valuable if questions arise later regarding possession, condition of assets or contractual responsibility.

RedevelopOS™ provides a structured way to maintain this information throughout the redevelopment lifecycle. In a project involving homes, land and substantial financial value, documentation is a form of protection.
